Privacy notice

Bolt & Beam is an in-development product demonstration built by Ozevon. It is not a working handyman business: the handyman, reviews, licence details, phone number and customer records shown are sample content. This notice covers this demonstration site only.

The booking, estimate, manage-booking, review and referral forms ask for things like your name, mobile number, email, job address, ZIP code, job description, access notes and optional job photos. Photos are shrunk and stored as images inside the same record.

Everything you enter in these forms is saved only in your own browser. This site has no database or server that receives it, and the owner dashboard only reads what is saved in the same browser. Please use sample details rather than real personal information.

The card fields at checkout are a demo: no card is charged, and card number, expiry and security code are not saved.

The site uses your browser's local storage to keep the demo working:

• the demo's bookings, estimates, waitlist, leads, reviews and activity log;
• unfinished booking and estimate forms, so a refresh doesn't lose your progress;
• whether the owner dashboard is unlocked, and whether demo mode is on.

To remove it, use "Reset demo data" on the owner page, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Clearing it erases every booking and change you made in the demo. This only affects data in your browser — it doesn't remove the technical logs described below.

The site is built and hosted with Lovable, and traffic passes through Cloudflare. Like any website, these providers receive technical details when your browser loads a page — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The hosting sets a small cookie that keeps you on the same version of the site, and Cloudflare may set a security cookie used to filter automated traffic.

Pages load a Lovable analytics script that measures site visits. The site's text font is loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the font downloads. The site does not offer separate cookie or analytics settings.

Text messages, reminders, deposits, refunds, fees, payments and live arrival tracking are all simulated on screen. No message is sent to any phone and no money moves.

What you type is used only to run the demo in your browser. Technical and analytics data is used to host, protect and understand use of the site. You can ask what Ozevon holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by emailing contact@ozevon.com.

We answer requests sent to contact@ozevon.com within 30 days.

Data in your browser stays until you reset the demo or clear your browser's site data. Provider logs are kept according to each provider's own policies.

The connection between your browser and this site is encrypted with HTTPS. No online service can be fully secure, so please don't enter real personal or payment details.
